Hendre works with a select few individual clients or executive teams at time each year. Objectives for the coaching are customized to each individual context and include Unlocking Potential, Strategic Design, Communication Skills, Turn-Around’s, Culture Design and Conflict Resolution. Each engagement is on a retainer base and is contracted for 6-12 months.
